We offer free UK delivery on all wheelchair orders or Sundry products within the same order (excluding Scandanavia, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or any off shore island). If you are from any of these locations, please contact us before placing your order.

We understand that receiving a large package may be difficult for some of our customers to contend with, especially those living in apartments, flats or shared housing. Therefore we offer a Premium Home Delivery option where we will bring your new wheelchair direct to you, Set it up ready to use, take it for a Demo, process your warranty & remove all Packaging, to select this option, use the delivery drop down box while selecting your wheelchair, priced at £99, this is available up to 75 miles from us, we are based just outside Cardiff for your reference. Order for sundry items priced under £75 are delivered at a Standard U.K. Delivery charge of £4.95.

Currently we only ship in the U.K, Scandanavia, Ireland, IOM & IOW (we do not ship to the rest of Europe)

We use a variety of delivery agents, most will deliver an item from our stock within 48 hours excluding weekends.

If items are in stock, the Order is processed on the same day if completed before 4.30pm Monday – Friday.For items not carried in stock, we estimate completion in around 10-14 days, we will keep you up to date with information and progress in both cases.
