Returns

In the event of you wanting to return your purchase for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of receiving it. It must be returned unused, in full working condition and in the original packaging with everything included. The cost of delivery back to us will be the responsibility of the customer, unless returning due to faulty goods. We will provide the best address to return the item to at the time, please contact us via email, on enquiries@eezeego.co.uk, for this address, for total clarity it will be in the South Wales region and any wheelchair deemed as used will have a deduction of £250 taken from refund, for clarity we class ‘used’ as a chair being removed from box, sat in and demonstrated, indoors or outside from delivery day to the next day.

Refunds

A full refund (minus any delivery or associated costs, such as widening work or footplate removal) will be given if we receive the goods back in undamaged condition, with its original packaging, with all of its original documentation, accessories and paperwork. Please also provide a note with the reason for the return, even if previously discussed with us. Please also note that any returns and refunds are looked at on an individual basis. We will check the item and if everything is in order, we will process a refund within 48 working hours, using the same payment method as your original purchase where possible.
